Did you know that Japan attempted this whole thing before? The whole spending your way to economic recovery...they tried it. It didn't work. I heard it, looked it up. Basically it was the same thing.
I also heard most recessions last about 18-24 months. We could be out of this soon without all this ridiculous nonsense.
There IS a reason both Democrats and Republicans have a big problem with this bill. UGH!

You should read a little bit about how Sweden delt with the same problem. They came up with a plan that worked as well as brought their Gov. some profit.

As I watched that Presidential Propaganda last Monday night, I found myself really sucked in by Obama. Really starting to believe that he had the answers. Then I turned off the tv and turned my brain ON. Geez. It all sounds stupid, even to folks like you and I who are admittedly not entirely genius when it comes to solving the world's problems. How come the big guns are not smart enough to see it? Do they have some evil scheme to catapult us into a socialistic government (well, really we're already there), or do they REALLY think they are helping?!?!?
yep, it's a scheme. it's all a conspiracy, and i hate that we're in smack in the middle of it. what ticks me off is that they're trying to lie to us about the socialism. yes, we're already there. we have been for a long time. ok so we can't go back. not in my opinion. we're there so we deal with it. BUT what ticks me off is that they say it's not. by socialism, we don't mean fascism. we mean socialism, and so why don't they just admit it? i'm gonna blog on this again soon...
